They must have proven experience in working with a wine club or wine retail and a clear understanding of customer service and ideally present strong wine knowledge. This position will assist in developing and implementing the website merchandise and strategy for increasing and sustaining customers. In addition, this position will be a key part of wine order fulfillment and website marketing.</p> <p>General Accountabilities:<br /> •Primary contact for e commerce inquiries <br /> •Responsible for the daily administrative, technical responsibilities of the wine e commerce site, merchant credit, vertical marketing<br /> •Coordinate Ecommerce wine order fulfillment and shipping (must be able to lift, push 50 pounds)</p> <p>Knowledge, Experience, Skills:<br /> •High school degree or equivalent <span class="caps">GRE</span><br /> •Two years experience working wine retail and administration <br /> •Proven experience in quality customer service<br /> •The ability to work independently as well and as part of a team<br /> •Experience in maintaining customer databases, web design<br /> experience a plus<br /> •Proficiency with basic computer software and functions: Microsoft Word and Excel, constant contact (touch) and web management software experience<br /> •Excellent written and verbal communications skills</p> <p>Compensation package dependent upon experience.
