We would like to invite you to join us and become a part of the Painted Wolf Pack (www.paintedwolfwines.com). We offer a unique investment opportunity to be part of a community of investors who are developing a great brand of delicious wines whose commercial success will provide an ever growing contribution to conservation. Painted Wolf is a long term investment. Our plan is to create a powerful and valuable brand.
We are looking for passionate people who enjoy wine, and who want to make a difference to conservation, with a particular focus on the highly endangered African Wild Dog.
We have been trading for over three years and have already secured seventeen investors and raised a total of R4,84 million ( approx $660,000 or £ 420,000) with a further R450,000 ( $61,000 or £ 40,000) pledged to the company. Our investor pack is attracted by the fact that this is no ordinary business. We are a commercial wine company, but more than that, Painted Wolf is about building a strong sense of community and about the pride and pleasure of involvement in the creation of an exceptional business ....each shareholder, grape grower, distributor, artist, customer and business partner make up the Painted Wolf pack.
This is your chance to own a significant share in The Painted Wolf Wine Company. We are currently raising R1,3 million ( approx $180,000 or £113,000) and are looking for a number of additional investors who are prepared to invest a minimum of R100,000 ( approx $13,500 or £ 8,700) in the Painted Wolf Wine Company. We have 260 shares on offer, at R5000 ($690 or £435) each. The total number of shares on offer will represent approximately 18% of the current issued capital. There are a total of 2000 shares registered with the share registrar so the 260 shares on offer will represent 13% of the equity of the company if all of the shares are issued.
Profits after tax are projected to be approximately R8 million by the 2013/ 2014 trading year.
It is very likely that the business will be self funding by the end of the current trading year, after this current funding round, and this may well be the last chance to own a part of Painted Wolf Wines, to share in the success we anticipate and enjoy being part of an organization which makes a real difference.
In addition to the anticipated growth in value of your investment, an annual dividend will paid in wine (the volume based on the level of your shareholding), and we plan a number of other benefits in the future.
Please ‘Apply’ if you are interested in finding out more.
