Brand new, state of the art boutique winery in the south of England is recruiting for its exciting new wine making team starting this September. The winery will make wine for just two vineyards (Totally 20Ha) one which has produced still and sparkling wine since 1980, the other specialising in classic sparkling blends with 2010 being the first harvest. Wine making will be overseen by an internationally renowned consultant wine maker.
We are looking for a small team of assistant wine makers/ cellar hands to initially work for a 6 to 12 week period starting in late August/ early September this year. From this we are hoping to identify and employ a permanent wine making team for the new enterprise.

The jobs will encompass all aspects of wine making and viticulture including cellar work, bottling line operation, winery upkeep & hygiene, harvesting and work within the actual vineyards. A background in chemistry and/ or agriculture may be helpful.
